Your step-by-step guide to building a high performance
Maintenance process, covered in 4 modules, 65 lessons,
234 measures and 2, one-hour telephone sessions with
your coach per month. Knowledge testing is conducted at
the end of each module and a final program exam is used
to certify your Master status and expected knowledge base
at the end of the program.
Your Weekly Time Commitment
Completion of the program is achieved with a dedication of 2-4 hours per week of study and
action steps, for approximately 12-18 months (implementation time is approximate and based on
your organization's ability to make changes).
Your Coach
Your mentor and guide throughout the program, your coach is a certified Master of the
SystemRxM™ approach and has successfully completed all program modules and passed the final
certification exam. In addition, all coaches are seasoned maintenance experts and required to be
either a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or a Certified Reliability Leader
(CRL).

Basic coaching includes email review of completed action items and
scheduled progress checks to keep you on track or help get you unstuck.
1:1 individualized coaching and guidance for the individual Maintenance professional leading and facilitating the change initiative. Traditional coaching includes 2, sixty minute phone calls per month and access to email support in between calls.
Do you already know who will fill your champion role? Include high level
leadership and key production or maintenance leaders to strengthen
organizational core knowledge and tackle changes as a united front from
the beginning. The Team Initiative plan Includes the same benefits as the
traditional plan with an added discount for each additional team member.
